RSVP tracking

After sending invites, you’ll be able to see the response statuses from both interviewers and candidates directly within the workflow. The RSVP tracking feature updates automatically based on the responses received from all participants. This allows teammates to:

• Easily view responses from both candidates and interviewers in one place.

• Keep track of all RSVPs without relying on emails.

• Get a quick snapshot of any pending responses or declines, allowing you to follow up with candidates and interviewers promptly.

These responses are reflected in the candidate workflow, making it easier to track who has accepted, declined, or not yet responded to the meeting invite.

• Accepted: A green checkmark (✅) will indicate when an interview invitation is accepted.

• Declined: A red cross (❌) will indicate when an invitation is declined.

• Maybe: A yellow question mark (❔) will show if the participant has responded with “maybe.”

• No response yet: No icon will be displayed if the participant has not responded yet.
