The My Account section in Recruit allows you to configure various settings at the user level, helping to personalize your experience on the platform. To access this section, click on your avatar at the top right and select My Account.

This section is divided into six main tabs, each dedicated to specific settings:

Profile

In the Profile tab, you can update your personal information and contact details. Here’s what you can configure:

  • Full name

  • Job title

  • Primary, secondary, and calendar emails

  • Public profile URL

  • Office, EXT., and mobile phones

  • Your signature

Notifications

The third tab is the Notifications tab, where you can manage how and when you receive email notifications about your tasks, periodic updates, interview, and referrals. Learn more about managing notifications.

Scheduling

The Scheduling tab helps you manage your calendar and availability.

Scheduling preferences

  1. Connect your Google or Microsoft

  2. Calendar email: Add your calendar email for scheduling purposes.

  3. Time zone: Select your time zone from the dropdown.

  4. First day of the week: Set your preferred start day for the week.

Availability for auto-scheduling

  • Weekly working hours: Toggle on or off, and set your available hours for meetings.

  • Block time for interviews: Toggle on/off to reserve time for interviews on your calendar.

  • Auto-Scheduling preferences: Configure your interview scheduling limits.

    • Maximum time allocated for interviews: Choose hours per day and per week.

    • Minimum notice: Prevent showing availability less than a specified number of hours away.

Away mode

Use Recruit’s Away mode when you’re out of the office to ensure continuity in communication:

  • Message forwarding: Enable or disable forwarding.

  • Forward messages to: Select a teammate to receive your forwarded messages.

Integrations

The Integrations tab shows a list of apps that you can connect to at the user level. To see these apps in this tab, they must first be enabled at the company level by an Owner or Admin.

Personalization

In the Personalization tab, streamline your workflow by setting preferences:

  • Advance to the next candidate: Choose which steps will automatically trigger moving to the next candidate in your list.

  • Default tab for candidate profiles: Choose whether the Evaluation or Application tab is the default view when a candidate profile with evaluations is opened.

  • Candidate profile visibility: Show or hide candidate profile pictures to support a more focused candidate review process.
