AI-powered candidate search

  1. In Recruit, navigate to the relevant position and click the Candidates tab.

  2. Click the three dots next to the view button and select the AI-powered candidate search option.

  3. The AI Assistant will suggest search criteria using filters based on the job description and requirements.

    • The search criteria will include only the skills that are already in your database.

      • For example, if the position requires a Bachelor’s degree, three years of experience in technical writing, and Spanish language proficiency, but there are no Spanish-speaking candidates in your database, that skill/requirement won't be used as a filter.

    • The AI Assistant will run the Advanced Search functionality with the position-based filters to suggest the most suitable candidates from your database.

      • Candidates will be considered relevant only if they have been previously considered for other positions and meet at least one of the position's requirements.

⚠️For best results, make sure the position's description is complete and includes as much detail as possible.
