Some organizations manage multiple brands through a single account in Recruit, publishing different positions under different brands. You can configure Recruit to publish each position to the relevant Careers website according to the brand associated with that position.
This article covers what's supported and the limitations to consider when managing multiple brands in a single account.
Configure your Careers websites for multiple brands
Recruit offers different options for creating one or multiple Careers websites that represent different brands, helping you display positions under the right brand while keeping the candidate experience seamless.
These options are available for all plans. Explore the configuration options for hosting multiple Careers websites.
Managing multiple brands
While Recruit supports multiple brands with Careers website integrations, there are additional considerations to keep in mind:
Privacy policy: Only one privacy policy can be defined per Recruit account. If your privacy policy is different for each brand, include relevant content or links on the same page.
Email domain: All email messages are sent from one email domain regardless of brand configuration for the position. The configured domain can be either the default domain that is provided by Recruit or a custom domain from your company.
Job boards: The name of the main account is used for posting to job boards. However, when setting up the custom position field for the brand’s name, you can select to have it included automatically as part of the job description.
Candidate experience survey: The name of the main account is used in email messages and in the user interface.
Company logo: The logo of the main account is always used for candidate-facing pages such as the auto-scheduling page.
LinkedIn integration: The integration with LinkedIn supports posting positions to a single company page.
