Configure your Careers website
If your organization manages multiple brands, you can configure Recruit to publish each position to the relevant Careers website based on its associated brand. To manage more than one brand, you need to complete the following steps:
1. Create a custom Position field
A Custom Position Field lets you associate each position with a specific brand. To create a new custom field:
From the left-side menu, navigate to Settings > Data > Position Fields.
-
Click ➕Add category.
Name the field Brand Name or something that makes it easy for your team to identify.
Optionally, to display the brand’s name when positions are posted, set the field Visibility to Public: Show on job boards.
-
Add the brands of your company as dropdown options.
💡Tip: Learn more about customizing position fields.
2. Create your Careers websites
Recruit provides a single Careers website per account, with one company name and logo. To support multiple brands, you can create separate Careers websites externally, with each site representing a different brand.
Create each Careers website using one of the integration options that support multiple brands:
WordPress plugin: Configure the plugin settings to select the relevant brand for your Careers website. See detailed instructions.
Careers API: Filter the position list to display only the positions for the relevant brand. This logic should be implemented in code. See technical instructions.
⚠️ Avoid posting the same position on multiple websites
Recruit automatically identifies where a position is posted and uses its URL for job board and social media postings. If a single position appears on multiple Careers websites, there may be conflicts regarding which URL is the active one. To maintain consistency, each position should be displayed on only one website per brand.
