Keeyora is a text messaging platform for recruiters. Integrate your Recruit account with Keeyora so your team can:

• Send individual texts to candidates and bulk messages for campaigns directly from within Recruit.

• Save all conversations within the relevant candidate profiles.

Prerequisites and limitations

• You need a Keeyora account with administrator access for setup

• All teammates using Keeyora must be added to both your Keeyora team and your Recruit account

• All teammates using Keeyora must have the Keeyora Chrome extension installed

• Keeyora supports text messaging (SMS) in the US and Canada only

Configure the integration

1. From the left-side menu, select the Apps page.

2. Search for Keeyora, select the tile, then select Continue to setup.

   

3. Choose which positions Keeyora can access from the dropdown menu (All positions, Non-discreet positions, or Published positions only).

   

4. Click Copy API key and Save.

5. Navigate to the Keeyora settings page.

6. Go to Integrations and click the Recruit logo.

7. Click the toggle button to enable the configuration.

8. Paste the key that you copied from Recruit in the API key field and then click Connect.

Your Keeyora account is now integrated with your Recruit account.

Once you configure your integration from your Keeyora account, you and your team can start messaging candidates.
