AudioCodes provides meeting insights, enabling organizations to automatically receive interview transcripts and AI-powered meeting minutes. These insights are added directly to candidate profiles in Recruit, helping teams review interviews, collaborate, and make informed hiring decisions faster.

Configure integration

1. From the left-side menu, select Apps.

2. Search for AudioCodes, select the tile, then select Continue to setup.

   

3. Choose which positions AudioCodes can access from the dropdown menu (All positions, Non-discreet positions, or Published positions only) and click Activate.
4. Click Copy API key.
5. Go to AudioCodes and log in with your admin account credentials.
6. In the Admin Settings menu, expand Integrations and select Apps.
7. Locate Spark Hire Recruit and click the toggle to enable the integration.
8. Paste your API key and click Submit.

Working with AudioCodes

1. In AudioCodes, open the relevant meeting.
2. Review the generated insights in the Summary tab to confirm everything looks accurate and complete.
3. When you’re ready, click the Spark Hire icon to send the meeting insights to Spark Hire Recruit.
4. Back in Recruit, navigate to the candidate’s profile.
5. Click Activity log to view the newly added meeting insights. You’ll see the transcript and AI-powered notes logged as a new activity item.
