Burbn became Instagram. Amazin’ Software changed its name to Electronic Arts. Philip Morris became The Altria Group. If you’re planning on changing your company name, Recruit makes it simple to update your recruiting system to accommodate the new branding.
Request a name change
To update your company name in Recruit:
Contact recruit.support@sparkhire.com to request the change.
You must be an Owner to submit this request.
Once the change is processed, your new company name will appear to both internal users and external candidates.
Additional steps to review
After your company name is updated in Recruit, you may need to take a few extra steps:
Notify your agency partners of the name change.
Position email addresses: Addresses with your old company name will continue to work, but new position email addresses will use the updated name.
Job boards: If your Recruit positions are connected to job boards, you may need to inform them of your new company name. Learn more in the Job Board FAQ.
Update manual job postings to reflect the new name.

Logo
Brand colors
Page footers (copyright notices)
Screening questions
Notification templates
Company domain
If your domain changes along with your name:
Go to Settings > Company > Profile to update your website URL and email domains.
Go to Settings > Sourcing > Careers website to update your careers website URL.
