Enable and disable the survey
From the left-side menu, select Settings > Hiring setup > Candidate Voice.Â
Toggle the switch to Enabled, and choose the interview types and the positions that will make a candidate eligible to complete the survey.
Click Save.
Which candidates receive the survey
Once enabled, candidates are invited to complete the survey via email if they:
- Have been hired, withdrawn, or rejected
- If rejected, the candidate must first receive a rejection email before the survey is sent. This prevents the survey from being the first notification of their status.
- Have completed at least one of the selected interview step types
This also applies to candidates whose status changed within the 24 hours prior to the survey being enabled.
📝 Note: Candidates with pending Send notification steps will not be prompted to complete the survey.
