How it works
- The candidate reaches the end of the hiring process (hired, rejected, or withdrawn). For rejected candidates, a rejection email must be sent before a survey can be triggered.
- Once eligible, an invitation to complete the survey is emailed 24 hours later, along with follow-up reminders if needed.
