The candidate experience survey engages candidates with a series of questions that reveal what they enjoyed and were less impressed with during their interviewing process. For candidates, responding to the survey is exactly like sending a chat message.

How it works

  1. The candidate reaches the end of the hiring process (hired, rejected, or withdrawn). For rejected candidates, a rejection email must be sent before a survey can be triggered.
  2. Once eligible, an invitation to complete the survey is emailed 24 hours later, along with follow-up reminders if needed.

  4. The candidate responds to the survey questions.

  5. Candidates with a positive experience are encouraged to submit a Glassdoor review of their interview experience.

  • The language of the chat is selected according to the default language of the candidate's browser, on both desktop and mobile.

  • The language of the email messages to the candidate is selected according to the language of the location of the position.
