Connect your own Business Intelligence (BI) tool and sync your recruiting data with Recruit. This is a great option if you have an internal BI team with which you would like to collaborate to create your own custom reports and dashboards.

There are two ways to sync your recruiting data. You can select the one that works best for your needs or even combine both options:

Programmatic export

Refresh time: Every 24 hours

Automatically push your recruiting data to your storage every 24 hours in CSV format. This makes it easy for your BI tools to process the data and create custom reports or dashboards. Recruit supports exports to an AWS S3 bucket or any storage solution that supports SFTP.

Recruiting API

Refresh time: Real-time

What's included: Candidates, positions, and source data

Required skills: DevOps, BI Developer

Use the Recruiting API to access your hiring data in real time. Apply time filters to fetch only the latest updates, ensuring your BI tool stays current with the most recent changes.
