If you scheduled a video interview and the Zoom link was not added to the invitation, there can be several possible reasons:

1. The interview type is not set as Video

The only Interview scheduled email template that contains the attribute with the video call link is Interview scheduled - video. Make sure to set the interview type to Video:

2. The Add Zoom meeting option hasn't been clicked when scheduling the interview

3. Your Interview invite: Video email template doesn't include the link to online meeting attribute

1. To insert the attribute, click on the video icon.

2. Click Insert attribute and choose Link to online meeting from the list.
