Recruit lets all employees take part in referral rewards by sharing open roles directly from the company’s careers page. If their referral leads to a hire, they’ll get rewarded.

To refer someone, just open any job on the careers page. You’ll see the job details along with a button to identify yourself as an employee.

Getting credit for your referrals

When you click "Employee at [Company Name] company?" from the main careers page or a specific job listing, a prompt will appear where you can enter your full name and work email.

After verifying your email, you’ll see a message with the referral reward for that position and three ways to share the job:

• Refer a friend – Submit an application on behalf of someone you know.

• Social media – Share the opening with your network using one-click social options.

• Shareable link – Get a unique link to share directly.

If a candidate applies using your personal link, you’ll be credited as the referral source. Rewards are given based on your company’s referral policy.
