Recruit lets you take actions on behalf of teammates, making it easier to coordinate hiring tasks, keep the process moving, and reduce delays.

Set permissions to act on behalf of a teammate

1. In Recruit, navigate to Settings > Access > Permissions and scroll down to Position roles > Workflow & Steps > Complete steps on behalf of others.

2. Select who can complete steps on behalf of others.

3. Click Save.

   

Complete a step on behalf of another teammate

1. Navigate to the relevant step in the candidate workflow.

2. Click Act on behalf of...

   • When a step is assigned to multiple teammates, you may select who you would like to Act on behalf of.

     

After the step is completed, you'll be able to see who performed the step in the candidate's activity.

Interview step

When you choose to complete an interview step for another teammate, you can fill out the evaluation, scorecards, and notes. However, you are not able to use the other interviewer’s questions.
