If you need to save files related to a source, you can store the file on a cloud platform of your choice (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or others).

After uploading the file:

1. Make sure anyone who needs access has the right permissions to view, edit, or download the file.

2. Copy the file link.

3. Open the source card in Recruit and paste the link into the Notes section.
