The careers website hosted by Recruit is created automatically and offers the following functionalities:
Everything remains in sync: Your careers website will remain in sync with the positions’ status and details in Recruit.
Streamlined application process: Candidates can easily apply from their desktop or mobile device with their resume or LinkedIn profile.
Automated source attribution: Candidate sources are tracked automatically.
Powerful employee referral program: Recruit's comprehensive referral program has everything you need to tap into your employees’ networks.
Fast and efficient screening: Questionnaires will help you screen candidates faster, eliminating poor matches at the top of the funnel.
💡Tip: In addition, Recruit offers other integration options to keep your company website continually updated with your latest openings.
View your careers website
Your careers website is live and ready to go! Access it by clicking on your avatar at the top right and selecting Careers website ↗️.
Customize your careers website
- Update branding and company info. Go to Settings > Company > Profile to update:
- Company logo
- Brand color
- About Us description
- Then, navigate to the Settings > Sourcing > Careers website to configure your careers website settings:
- Group positions by location or department. To use grouping, make sure these fields are filled in for each role in the position’s description tab.

Choose one of our two styling options: Plain or Stylish.
- Use the Index website option to enable/disable indexing by Google and other search engines. Turn this off if you want to keep the hosted site internal or reduce external traffic from search.
- Optionally, share links with a default view (URL filter). You can share links that open in a specific view by adding a parameter to the end of the careers website URL:

- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply your changes.
📝 Note: Published positions automatically appear on your Recruit-hosted careers website. You cannot hide a published position from this page. To remove a position from the Recruit-hosted careers website, unpublish or close the position in Recruit.
Link to your company website
If you use the Recruit-hosted careers website, we recommend adding a link to it on your company website so candidates can quickly find and apply to open roles.
