At Recruit, we understand the importance of privacy and security when it comes to the recruitment process. Recruit’s integration with Zoom ensures a seamless and secure interview experience for both recruiters and candidates.

How it works

For your convenience, Recruit manages Zoom meetings to meet your needs:

• Each interview generates a unique link that corresponds to a dedicated meeting room for the interview.

• Interviewers and candidates receive links with distinct "interviewer" and "candidate" tokens. The first interviewer to enter the call automatically becomes the host.

Account

Meetings within Recruit are created on a dedicated Recruit account, specifically generated for Recruit’s integration with Zoom. Importantly, these meetings are only initiated when the interviewer or candidate clicks to join, strictly within the scheduled interview time frame.

Privacy

It's essential to know how access to meetings and participant information is managed:

• Zoom is not privy to the details of your meetings. They only receive a link and password when the meeting room is created. When the room is created, Zoom generates the meeting link and password, with no access to any other information.

• Zoom also does not have access to any information regarding the participants in your meetings. Recruit creates a meeting room and redirects all users and candidates into it without disclosing participant details.

• The only information that Recruit shares with Zoom is the company name, which is used as the display name for the interviewer.

Security

Recruit integration with Zoom uses the Zoom API. Here are some important connection-related points that apply to all meetings created using the integration:

• Passwords are always required for meetings.

• Recruit does not restrict users from any specific location. Your interviews can be conducted without geographical limitations.

• Candidates and interviewers can join the meeting using the provided link or call-in options, without the need to register or sign in to Recruit.
