Keeyora is a text messaging platform designed for recruiters. By integrating Keeyora with Recruit, your team can:

• Send individual or bulk text messages to candidates.

• Automatically save conversations within the relevant candidate profiles.

Before getting started

• An Admin or Owner must configure the integration.

• You need an active company Keeyora account.

• All teammates using this integration must install the Keeyora Chrome extension.

Limitations

Keeyora supports SMS messaging only in the US and Canada.

Send a text message from Recruit

1. In Recruit, go to the candidate profile you'd like to contact.

2. Click on the candidate's phone number and select Text from the options.

3. Choose the Keeyora app and write your message.

You can then view your messaging history in the candidate's activity log.

Send bulk messages from Recruit

Recruit allows you to send bulk text messages (called Mass Messages in Keeyora) directly from any candidate list. Candidates receive them as personal messages, and responses are saved in their profiles.

1. In Recruit, select the candidates you want to contact (from an advanced search, task list, or specific position).

2. Click Text.

3. In the Keeyora window, choose to write a new message or select a template.

4. Send your message—up to 50 candidates at once.
