When using third-party integrations, candidates may receive notifications about key events related to their application. These notifications are managed on the third-party platform, and Recruit can’t confirm whether they’ve been enabled by the account owner.

For example, LinkedIn Apply Connect allows the company to enable Applicant Notifications which will instruct LinkedIn to notify candidates when their application is viewed in Recruit, when their resume is downloaded from Recruit, and when they are rejected.

If one team member configures these settings, others might not be aware that notifications have been activated. Keep this in mind when configuring third-party integrations, since these notifications are controlled outside of Recruit.
