To ensure optimal readability for resumes submitted by agencies, we recommend using the following template, which includes both an opening cover letter and the resume:

Customize the template

Agencies can customize this template to fit their specific needs by following these guidelines:

• Add an agency logo: Include your agency’s logo in the header.

• Remove unnecessary rows: You can remove rows from the opening table, but be sure to keep the row labels intact.

• Optional footer: Add a footer with your agency’s contact details, excluding personal contact information for individuals at the agency.

• Candidate name label: Clearly label the candidate’s name by adding the words "Candidate name" before it.

• File size: The maximum file size for attachments is 10MB. If a file larger than 10MB is sent to the position email, the sender will receive an email notification indicating that the file exceeds the allowed size.
