Plan: All plans

Role: All teammates

Recruit includes email templates for common candidate messages, and you can create your own templates for repeat scenarios. When you need a more personal or specific message, you can compose an email from scratch and send it to one candidate or multiple candidates at once.

Compose an email for a single candidate

  1. In Recruit, navigate to the relevant candidate’s profile.

  2. Click the email below their name.

  3. Select Compose from the options. A blank email template will open.

  4. Write your message, add a subject, and click Send.

Compose an email to multiple candidates

  1. In Recruit, select the candidates you want to contact (from an Advanced search in Talent, your task list, or a specific position).

  2. Click Email, write your message, add a subject, and send it.

đŸ’¡ Tip: Learn more about bulk actions in our manage multiple candidates article.

Unread candidate emails

When a candidate replies to an email, an envelope icon with a red dot appears next to their name in My Tasks or in a position’s candidate list. This means the candidate has an unread email.

Open the candidate’s activity log to read the response. The red dot disappears after you open the email.
