Use Recruit's AI Assistant to automatically generate pre-screening questionnaires based on the position description, requirements, and scorecards. To learn more about prescreen questionnaires, see Prescreen Questionnaires.

Generate content

1. In Recruit, navigate to the relevant position and go to the Settings tab.

2. In the Questionnaires section, click AI Assistant.

   

3. Wait for the assistant to generate text and review the content. If necessary, click Rewrite for the assistant to try again and generate new content.

   💡Tip: As a best practice, Recruit recommends using only five questions for any pre-screening questionnaire. As the AI assistant can generate more, we suggest you review the questions and save only the top five.

   

4. When satisfied, click Continue to edit. The prescreening questionnaire page will load and you'll see the generated content.

5. Edit the content as necessary and click Save.

6. At the top of the page, select which locations and positions to use for the questionnaire and select how to display it.

   1. Enable for selected locations and positions in order to share the questionnaire with candidates only when specified. To enable for a specific location, navigate to Settings > Localization > Locations, select the relevant location, and navigate to the Questionnaires tab.

   2. To enable for a specific position, go to the questionnaires for the position to add it.

7. Then, choose whether to show or hide the questionnaire title on the application form.

   

8. Click Save and enable for position. The questionnaire will be associated with the position, in addition to any other questionnaires already associated with the same position.

Limitations

Only English is supported for this feature at this time.
