Create email templates with the Recruit AI Assistant

Recruit's AI Assistant is designed to generate basic content for auto email templates, facilitating efficient candidate communication and brand enhancement.

AI Assistant recommends language choices tailored to your tone and voice, ensuring they align with the email's purpose, thus helping you communicate more effectively with your candidates. To learn more about auto-templates, see Edit email templates.

At this time, Recruit enables the AI Assistant for a few select auto-templates marked with a unique icon for you to easily identify them:

Generate content

  1. From the left-side menu, go to Library > Auto-templates.

  2. Choose the template that you’d like to edit from the list on the left or create a new email template.

  3. From the actions at the top of the template, click AI assistant. When the text is generated, you can review the content.

  4. If necessary, choose another tone of voice from the dropdown menu. Click Rewrite for the assistant to try again and generate new content.

  5. When you're happy with the text, click Apply. Note that if there is existing text in the fields where you've generated content, the new content will replace the old.

  6. Make any additional changes and finish configuring the template.

  7. Click Save.

Limitations

Only English is supported for this feature at this time.
