Leverage Recruit's AI Assistant to suggest interview questions based on the position description, requirements, and scorecard, or the candidate's resume.

AI Assistant empowers you to create custom question sets for any position, streamlining your interview process and aligning with industry best practices to meet candidate expectations.

Generate content

To use AI Assistant, generate questions directly from the interview page. This enables you to edit and save them as a set accessible to all users.

1. In Recruit, navigate to the relevant candidate and click Interview.

2. On the right side of the Evaluate page, you can manage your interview, including tracking the questions you ask, adding notes, and so forth.

3. Click AI Assistant, choose to generate questions based on the candidate's resume or the position description, and wait for the assistant to generate text.

   

4. If necessary, click Rewrite for the assistant to try again and generate new content.

5. When you're happy with the questions, click Continue to edit. The Interview questions page will load.

   

6. Edit the content if necessary and click Save.

7. Click on the Visibility dropdown to define who can see the questions generated:

   1. Restricted: Only you and your company owner can edit the question set. The hiring team can view its questions if it's used in a position.

   2. Shared: Everyone can use the question set, but only you and your company owners can edit it.

8. The interview questions are associated with the interview process according to your configuration. To define when to use the set of questions, click Save and enable for and choose one of the two options:

   1. Save for this interview

   2. Save for this and next interviews for this step

9. Click the Interview/Manager link to go back to the current interview. The interview questions will be automatically added to the scorecard, in addition to any other questions that were already added.

Limitations

Only English is supported for this feature at this time.
