Signing up for Spark Hire Recruit is easy, but the first step is to have a teammate invite you. In Recruit, a teammate is simply one of your company’s members of Recruit.

Once you're invited to Recruit, you can take charge by inviting others to join and managing your teammates, including deactivating, reactivating, editing profiles, and configuring teammate roles to fit your specific needs.

Add teammates

There are different ways of adding teammates to Recruit:

1. On the main page, click ➕New and select Teammates. An Invite Teammate window will pop up. Type in the email address and select the teammate's profile, if relevant. Then, click Invite.

   

2. From the left-side menu, click Teammates. The All active teammates page will open. Click Add teammate at the top right, type in the email address, select the teammate's profile, if relevant, and click Invite.

   

   In both cases, an email invitation will be sent to the submitted email, inviting the teammate to sign up with LinkedIn or your email address.

3. Recruiters and other hiring team members can invite new teammates from the Team tab of the position:

Inviting teammates when SSO integration is used

If your company uses an SSO integration with Spark Hire Recruit:

1. Ensure the new teammate was created in the SSO system and provisioned to access Recruit by the IT team.

2. Navigate to the Teammates page and click Add Teammate.

3. Start typing the teammate's name and select their name from the dropdown.

4. Click Invite.
