Parallel steps allow multiple workflow steps to occur at the same time. When two steps are grouped as parallel, separate interviews can be scheduled within each step.

• The candidate’s interview time will display the earliest scheduled interview.

• An indicator will show that additional interviews are scheduled for the same candidate. To view the later interview time, simply click on the corresponding step.

Group and ungroup steps as parallel

• To Group steps as parallel so two steps happen concurrently, hover between two steps and click the ▶️⏸️◀️ icon.

  

• To ungroup or separate any steps, hover between two steps and click the arrow to Ungroup parallel steps.
