Recruit’s automated offers are a great addition to the hiring process automation and standardization, which is why this step is added to the workflows by default.
However, your company’s procedures might be different. So, if you don’t need to use this step in your workflow, here is how you can remove it:
From the left-side menu, go to Settings > Hiring setup > Step templates.

Click the three dots next to the Offer step and choose Archive.
When archiving the original Offer step, it will still appear in the current position workflows, but won't be available when you create new ones.
For the current positions:
Create an Administrative step and name it as needed. Make sure to select Administrative under Step type, so the step won't activate the automatic offer process again.

Go over the workflows and replace the archived Offer step with the new one.
