Recruit allows you to include disposition reasons when a candidate is rejected or withdrawn. By default, disposition reasons are set to optional, but you can change their setting to required (recommended).
Manage the disposition reasons in Recruit, from the left-side menu > Settings > Data > Disposition reasons.
Add: Click ➕ Add Rejection Reason/Add Withdrawn Reason in the relevant section.
Edit: Click on the disposition reason you want to modify, make your edits, and click Save.
-
Delete: Hover over the disposition reason you want to remove and click the ✖️ icon.
When you reject a candidate or set their status to withdrawn, a dialogue box will pop up and you'll be able to select the reason for rejection or withdrawal and add a note.
If you want to reject a candidate at a Go/No-go step, you can use Recruit’s one-click rejection feature and select one of the disposition reasons from the list.
