At Recruit, we want to make it easy for your company to prevent hiring discrimination and ensure your company is compliant with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.

Recruit’s EEOC/OFCCP questionnaire makes it easy for companies to collect the necessary information to meet compliance requirements. You can enable it for the entire company or only for U.S.-based offices.

Once it’s on, candidates who apply online will see the questionnaire during the application process. Those who apply through other methods will get a link to it in the “Thanks for applying” email.

💡Tip: Not sure if this applies to your company? Check the EEOC and OFCCP guidelines to see if you're required to collect EEO data.
