Role: Teammates with permission to manage diversity surveys ⚙️
Recruit helps you support diversity and meet local regulations by adding a demographic questionnaire to your application form. Unlike screening questionnaires, Diversity surveys are optional and aren’t linked to the candidate’s profile.

⚠️ Important: If your operation is in the United States and you need to comply with EEOC regulations, please refer to this article.

Add a short description below the survey title to help candidates understand its purpose. You can explain why you’re collecting this information and how it will (or won’t) be used.
-
Choose to enable the questionnaire for all locations and positions or selected ones.

Diversity survey report
As the diversity information is collected for statistics and compliance purposes, the survey responses will not be displayed on individual candidate profiles. The responses will be collected into an exported report available under the Export section in Recruit Analytics.
Who can access the diversity surveys settings and reports?
By default, the company Owner and Admin can create and manage Diversity surveys and export the report with the results. Additional permissions can be granted in Settings > Access > Permissions > Reports & Compliance > Manage diversity surveys and download diversity survey reports.
