If your company doesn't have an integrated Zoom package with your Recruit account or if your team uses another video interview tool, you can still include the interview link in interviewer invitations.

Before getting started

An Admin or Owner must configure Recruit to include the Note to Interviewers in the invitation email template.

Configure the email template

1. From the left-side menu, go to Library > Auto-templates.
2. Filter the table by Internal and select the Interviewer: Interview invite template.

3. Make sure the Interview Note attribute is included. This adds a note field to the interviewer invitation. Interviewers can use this field to copy and paste the video interview link when sending the invite. Learn how to add attributes.
