Employees hired using Recruit may need to access Recruit as teammates to take part in hiring processes. In such cases, you can restrict teammates from accessing their own candidate profiles, evaluations, and notes.

Restrict access to a new teammate

1. Navigate to the Teammates page in Recruit and invite a new teammate, or use the ➕ sign at the top of the screen.

2. Select the profile of the candidate you'd like to restrict from being viewed by the new teammate before sending the invitation.

   

3. Click Invite.

Restrict access to an existing teammate

1. Navigate to the Teammates page and select the teammate whose access you want to limit.

2. From the three-dot menu, click Edit roles & permissions.

   

3. Under the Restricted candidate profile section, select the profile of the candidate you'd like to restrict from being viewed by the existing teammate.

   

4. Click Save.

Review teammates without a connected profile

To review all teammates who do not have a connected candidate profile:

1. Navigate to the Teammates page in Recruit.

2. Select the filter No connected candidate profile.
