Role: Teammates with permission to post on job boards

Reposting a job sends it back to selected job boards as a newly listed position, helping it regain visibility and attract fresh candidates. This is especially helpful for:

  • Evergreen roles that are always open

  • Long-running positions where you're hiring multiple people

  • Jobs with reduced traction after being listed for a while

Instead of closing and recreating a position, reposting gives you the benefits of a fresh post without losing your existing candidate pipeline.

Repost a position

You can repost a job after it’s been published on job boards for at least 30 days.

📝Note: Adding another posting location will be treated as a new post and reset the 30 days.

  1. Go to the relevant position and jump to the Sources tab.

  2. Click Repost next to Job Boards.

  3. In the Repost position modal, select the job boards you want to repost to.

  4. Click Repost to confirm.

What happens when you repost

  • The original job listing is removed and replaced with a new listing.

  • Paid promotions on the original listings may end.

  • The position appears as new to job seekers on selected boards.

  • The reposted job keeps its internal details (candidates, stages, etc.).

  • The repost date resets the 30-day counter for future reposts.

Limitations

  • You can only repost once the job has been posted for 30 days or more.

  • Reposting is currently only supported on free job boards. It’s not available for:

    • Sponsored Indeed posts

    • LinkedIn

    • AllJobs

    • Secret Tel Aviv

    • StepStone

    • ZipRecruiter
