Role: Teammates with permission to edit positions
Recruit supports configuring positions as on-site, hybrid, or remote. When you publish your positions, this field is automatically synced with supported job boards so there’s no need for tagging or other extra steps. Additionally, positions configured as remote or hybrid can be posted in multiple locations.
Before getting started
An Admin role must first configure location settings.
Defining the workplace type
Navigate to the relevant position and select the Description tab.

Under Workplace type, select the relevant option:
On-site
Remote
Hybrid
Supported job boards
The following integrated job boards allow job seekers to define workplace type:
LinkedIn
Indeed
