Filter candidates under My tasks

The My tasks section shows candidates with tasks assigned to you. By default, it displays All tasks by current step type. You can use Filters to narrow the list, and Group by to change how results are organized:

  • Filters: Focus on specific task types or candidate details, such as source or last completed step
  • Group by: Organize results by current step type, last completed step, position or step, position, priority, source, or time assigned

To further refine your search, you can combine both filtering options. For instance, if you are seeking candidates from a specific source and need to decide on whether to proceed or not, you can enhance your search by filtering based on step type "go/No-go" and candidate information "source". This way, Recruit will show you all the candidates in a go/no-go step, grouped by source.

Filter your positions

In the same section, you'll also find the Positions option under which you can customize your Positions view.

  • Show positions: Choose which positions to display—all, open, on-hold, closed, or your/all positions.
  • Group/Filter by: Further tailor the grouping and filtering of these positions by role, department, or location.

Tailor your Positions view to your preferences by combining the filters and grouping options. Once you've completed this, choose one of the positions that match your specified filters, Recruit will then display all relevant candidates associated with that position.

In addition, you'll be able to further filter the candidates in that position:

  • By candidate type or status

  • By posting location

  • By step, priority, source, time added, current assignee, source, or last step completed
