Customizable layout
The candidate profile screen offers enhanced usability with four main sections and customizable layout options. At the top, you’ll find the Candidate details section, where you’ll see all the details of the candidate and the basic information related to their hiring process.
The rest of the screen is split into three sections. Depending on your preferences, customize the layout by clicking the Layout icon at the top and choosing one of the following options:
-
One column: Workflow section on top, Activity log below, with candidate tabs at the bottom.
💡If you used the legacy version of Recruit's candidate profile, the one-column layout will feel most familiar, now with added functionality.
Two columns: Tabs on the left, minimized Workflow and Activity log on the right.
How these sections are arranged depends on your layout choice, but the content remains consistent across options:
Candidate tabs: Application, Evaluation, Positions, and LinkedIn

Candidate workflow
The candidate profile offers flexible workflow views to match your preferences. You can choose to minimize the view for a cleaner, more compact interface, navigating step by step. Alternatively, you can opt for the expanded view, maximizing screen real estate for additional content and reducing clutter, enabling you to concentrate on the complete workflow.
In the minimized view of the candidate workflow, you’ll always see the upcoming step. This is particularly helpful when you want to see the candidate’s evaluation or resume at the same time you are, for example, deciding whether to Go/No-go with them.
💡 Tip: Learn more about managing workflows.
Activity log
The candidate profile includes an activity log that makes it easier to track everything happening with a candidate. Much like the workflow section, this area offers a condensed view to provide a quick overview of internal, candidate, and source activities. Within this section, you can also leave comments, send emails, and set up reminders for your team or yourself.
💡 Tip: Learn more about the candidate's activity log.
Candidate tabs
Application
The Application tab provides all candidate details related to their application process. In this section, you can manage the candidate’s:
AI Resume Review evaluation—See the AI-generated evaluation of the candidate’s resume against the position requirements. The review provides an overall fit assessment and highlights which position requirements were identified in the candidate’s resume.
Resume—See when the resume was uploaded, add, print, download, or delete it.
Files—Add the candidate’s portfolio.
Links—Add the candidate’s personal website/blog/repository.
Questionnaires—See the candidate’s answers to pre-screening questionnaires.
The application tab simplifies your workflow by allowing you to review the candidate's resume while making decisions to advance or adding comments to your teammates, without the need to switch between screens.

Evaluation
The Evaluation tab consolidates all candidate-related information about their evaluation process. Within this section, you can review the candidate's performance in each interview, view their scorecards, and even make edits if you have the necessary permissions.
📝Note: If AI Evaluation Summary is enabled, you’ll see an AI-generated overview at the top of the candidate’s Evaluation tab. On this tab, you’ll also be able to start a new hiring process for the candidate.
