For each candidate, Recruit includes the following default fields:

• Full name

• Email

• LinkedIn profile

• Phone

• Mobile phone

• ID number

• Address

Edit a candidate

1. Navigate to the relevant candidate’s profile and click the ✏️ pencil icon.

   

   Candidate details are divided into two sections:

   • Profile info: These details are shared across all hiring processes and include the candidate's name, email, ID number, phone, and address.

   • Hiring process: These details are specific to the hiring process and can be edited separately for each process: Source, Salary expectations, Availability, and Posting Location.

     

2. Make the necessary modifications and click Save.
