Adding new candidates to Recruit is very simple. Explore the diverse ways Recruit offers for seamless candidate integration, putting you in control of your recruitment process. Add a candidate manually

In Recruit, click ➕ New at the top left.
Select Candidate from the options. The candidate details screen will open.

Add the candidate's profile details. If you upload the candidate's resume, Recruit will populate these fields automatically.
Required: Full name
Optional: Profile picture, email, phone, address, ID

Add the candidate's hiring process details:
Required: Source, position the candidate is applying for, posting location
Optional: Salary expectations, availability
Click Add. The candidate profile will open.
Add multiple candidates manually
Recruit allows you to effortlessly bulk-import candidates for a specific position at your convenience.

Add a candidate via the position email address
In Recruit, each position is assigned a unique email address, facilitating direct resume submissions.
This is particularly useful for:
Receiving candidates from recruiting agencies or job boards.
Posting a job to LinkedIn—Choose to receive applications using the position email address.
Forwarding a resume you received by email.
