Role: Teammates with access to the candidate’s details
The activity log on a candidate's card is a tool that enables you to track and review all the candidate’s interactions and progress since they were added to Recruit. Within this section, you can also leave comments, send emails, and set up reminders for your team or yourself.

You can minimize the activity log view for a glance at internal, candidate, and source activities, or expand it to make more room for content and reduce visual clutter.

Comments
Recruit automatically logs all internal comments and discussions among teammates about candidates in the candidate's activity log. This feature promotes seamless internal communication, enhancing collaboration and decision-making.

Reminders
You can set reminders for yourself and your team directly from the candidate’s activity log. This feature ensures that crucial candidate-related tasks and deadlines are never overlooked.

Emails
From this section, you can send emails to candidates, sources, or anyone else involved in the hiring process. You can use predefined templates or compose your own emails directly from the candidate's activity log, where all email correspondence will be tracked and logged.

Filters
The activity log can be filtered to display specific types of activity, allowing you to focus on what's most relevant to you.
Recent: Shows the most recent activities related to the candidate.
Internal: Shows internal discussions and comments among team members regarding the candidate.
Candidate: Tracks all activities directly involving the candidate, including applications and assessments.
Screening and interviews: Records details of screening and interview activities.
Source history: Shows the history of interactions and activities related to the candidate's source.
Communication with source: Documents all communications with the candidate’s source.
Also, if you'd like to know the exact timestamp of a specific event, you can hover your cursor over the time displayed alongside it.
