Role: Position Hiring team

In the fast-paced world of recruitment, staying organized is key. With reminders, you can ensure important candidate-related tasks and deadlines are never missed.

Set a reminder

Reminders are set directly from the Candidate activity log. This means that anytime you're reviewing a candidate's profile or activity, you can easily set a reminder for you or someone from the hiring team to follow up or take action at a later time.

Any teammate who is part of the hiring team for the candidate can set a reminder. This ensures everyone involved in the hiring process can stay on track. To set a reminder:

  1. Navigate to the relevant candidate activity log and click ⏱️ Reminder.

  2. Add the message of your reminder and tag the teammates you’d like to notify by typing “@…”.

  3. Click on the clock icon ⏱️ and schedule your reminder.

    • If you select 📆 Pick a time, you can choose a specific day and time or even send it right away.

  4. Click Set.

Reminder notification

After setting a reminder, you and any teammates tagged in the reminder will receive an email notification at the scheduled time including the message, the candidate associated with the reminder, and the date the reminder was created.

💡 Tip: Learn how to continue the conversation.

Reminder visibility

When you set a reminder, you have the flexibility to choose who will be able to see it in the candidate’s activity log. There are several options available:

  1. Hiring team: This option ensures that everyone involved in the hiring process can see the reminder and its details.

  2. Recruiters & managers: This option restricts visibility to recruiters and managers.

  3. Recruiters: This option limits visibility to recruiters.

  4. Only me: For reminders that are personal or not relevant to other team members, you can choose to keep them private to yourself.
