Recruit enables recruiters to seamlessly record candidates' salary expectations, with customizable permissions to control access to this information.

Record salary expectations

Record your candidate’s salary expectations in one of two ways:

1. On the candidate profile

1. Navigate to the relevant candidate profile.

2. Click the ✏️ pencil icon.

3. Fill in the Salary expectations field.

   

4. Click the 👁️ eye icon to decide whether you want to make this field visible, then Save.

2. During the interview

While interviewing a candidate, click on Salary expectations under the meeting details on the interview screen.
