Woo’s Automated Sourcer connects the right candidates with your open positions, helping your team find quality hires faster. With this integration, Woo and Recruit work together to simplify your sourcing and job publishing process.

Configure integration

1. From the left-side menu, select Apps.

2. Search for Woo on the list, select the tile, and then Continue to setup.

   

3. Choose which positions Woo can access:

   • All positions

   • All non-discreet positions

   • Only published positions.

4. Click Copy API key and Activate.

5. In Woo, go to Integrations > Recruit, and paste the API key.

6. Click Next and pair the jobs in Woo with your jobs in Recruit. Once paired, Woo will automatically publish these positions to its marketplace. All future positions in Recruit will also sync automatically with Woo once they’re created, based on your selected access settings.

   

7. Click Connect with Recruit.

Your Woo account is now integrated with Recruit.
