Metaview is an AI recruiting platform that helps teams capture interview notes, review applications, and manage candidate information.

This integration connects Metaview with Recruit through a third-party integration partner. Once connected, Metaview can access supported Recruit candidate data and send selected information back to Recruit.

Configure the integration

1. From the left-side menu, select Apps.

2. Search for Kombo, select the tile, then select Continue to setup.

   

3. Choose which positions Metaview can access from the dropdown menu (All positions, Non-discreet positions, or Published positions only).

   

4. Click Copy API key.
5. Navigate to Metaview, go to Settings > Integrations, and select Spark Hire Recruit.
6. Click Connect and paste the API Key into the Kombo-powered connection window.
7. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the connection.

Working with Metaview

After you connect Recruit, Metaview can use supported candidate and application data from your account

You can use the Metaview integration to:

• View candidate details, such as name, position, stage, and location
• Access candidate resume attachments
• Post Metaview notes to Recruit
• Review, progress, or reject candidates using Application Review
• Add sourced candidates to Recruit

If a Metaview call does not match a Recruit candidate

Metaview attempts to match calls scheduled outside Recruit with the appropriate candidate or application.

A call may not match automatically if:

• The call or candidate is missing in Recruit
• Duplicate calls or candidates exist
• Participant or candidate information does not match
• There is not enough information to identify the candidate
• The meeting type is not set to Job interview or Debrief

If a call is matched incorrectly or does not match, contact Metaview Support and provide specific examples and relevant Recruit IDs, such as the application ID or candidate ID.

Limitations

The integration does not support:

• Automatic scheduling—Metaview cannot automatically schedule interviews from Recruit
• Scorecards—Recruit scorecard data is not available through the integration
• Sourcing from Recruit—Metaview cannot search your existing Recruit candidates through Sourcing

You can continue to schedule interviews through your calendar or another scheduling tool.

Disconnect the integration

To disconnect Recruit from Metaview:

1. In Metaview, go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Select Disconnect Spark Hire Recruit.

Disconnecting the integration stops Metaview from accessing Recruit data. Calls that were already scheduled may still take place.
