The BrightHire–Recruit integration keeps candidate, position, user, and assessment data synchronized between both systems. It supports structured interviews, automated note-taking, and better decision-making based on shared interview data.

Before getting started

  • You must have an Owner or Admin role in Recruit to configure the integration.

  • You need to be a Site Admin in BrightHire to complete the setup.

Configure the integration

  1. In BirghtHire, go to the ATS integrations page and click Add new integration.

  2. Select Recruit from the list and follow the instructions.

  3. In Recruit, navigate to the Apps page.

  4. Search for BrightHire, select the tile, and then Continue to setup.

  5. Select which positions you’d like to grant access to using the dropdown menu.

  6. Copy the API key and click Activate.

  7. Back in BrightHire, paste the API key and click Save.
