Watercooler is a people analytics platform that leverages artificial intelligence to help organizations predict talent risk. Integrating Recruit with Watercooler can help you:

• Hire the right people by using smart analytics to find candidates who fit both the job and your company culture.

• Keep employees engaged by spotting early signs of burnout or disengagement and taking action to improve retention.

• Make better hiring decisions by getting a full picture by combining hiring data with employee insights.

Before getting started

Watercooler account administrators can configure their account for integration with Recruit.

Configure integration

1. From the left-side menu, navigate to Apps.

2. Search for Watercooler in the list, select the tile, then Continue to setup.

   

3. Select which positions Watercooler will have access to: All, all non-discreet, or only published positions.

4. Click Copy API key and Activate.

5. Navigate to https://integrations.watercooler.ai and log in with your Watercooler credentials.

6. Enter your company domain at the top of the page, then click Connect under Other HRIS (via Merge). This will open the Select Category screen.

   

7. Under Applicant Tracking System, find and select Recruit.

8. Confirm you’re an Admin on Recruit, review the permissions, and click Next.

9. Paste the API key and click Submit.

Monitor your data in Watercooler

Once the integration is set up, Watercooler will start analyzing your hiring data, providing insights to help you make informed talent decisions.

To monitor your results:

1. Log in to Watercooler.

2. From the left-side menu, go to ATS Data > Results & Outcomes.
