Search candidates by resume keywords

Using Advanced search in Talent, you can view all candidates whose resumes contain specific keywords.

  1. Start your journey by clicking Talent in the left-side menu.

  2. Under Add filters, click Resume > Resume has the words.

  3. Type in the keyword you wish to search by. To increase the relevance of search results, you can use Boolean search to combine keywords with operators (such as AND or OR).

    • AND includes two or more search terms: For example, English AND product. Both keywords must be included in a candidate’s resume for them to appear in search results.

    • OR broadens your search: For example, English OR product. Only one keyword must be included in a candidate’s resume for them to appear in search results.

📝 Note: In Talent search, all free-text fields allow you to use quotation marks to increase search result relevance. For example, searching for “QA Engineer” with quotation marks will return candidates that match the search terms exactly, while searching for QA Engineer without quotation marks will return candidates that have QA and Engineer in their resume, regardless of the order they appear.
