The LinkedIn Apply Connect integration allows candidates to submit their applications using their LinkedIn profiles when applying on LinkedIn. This is included in Spark Hire Recruit’s integration with LinkedIn at no additional cost and for all users.
💡 Tip: Learn more about LinkedIn Apply Connect.
Prerequisites
Job Wrapping is required for staffing customers and recommended for non-staffing customers to use Apply Connect. Because the activation order matters, follow the steps below to turn on Apply Connect and Job Wrapping in the correct sequence to avoid sync issues or duplicate jobs.
Activate integration
You can activate the LinkedIn Apply Connect integration in two ways (requires an Owner or Admin role):
Using a LinkedIn Recruiter account: This option is recommended for companies that have a LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate (including SMB) or Recruiter Professional Services (RPS) account. It supports Recruiter System Connect, Apply Connect, posting jobs to LinkedIn, Apply with LinkedIn, and additional features.
Using a LinkedIn company page: This option is designed for companies with a LinkedIn Lite account or those without a LinkedIn Recruiter account. It supports posting jobs to LinkedIn.
📝 Note: The activation is done in the LinkedIn setup tab and once the feature is enabled, you can manage your settings in the Recruit setup tab.

The rejection notice is received three days after the status changes to rejected and there are no pending steps on the candidate’s workflow (for example, a notification step).
-
Check the box next to Apply with LinkedIn to enable the widget on your application forms and manage it later in Recruit. Learn how to add the Apply with LinkedIn widget to your application forms.

Integrated companies: Activating the integration with a LinkedIn Recruiter account allows you to connect more than one company page to Spark Hire Recruit.
