The RSC integration between LinkedIn and Recruit helps recruiters:

• See current and past recruiting activity from Recruit on the candidates' profiles in LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Create or update Recruit candidate records with LinkedIn data.

• View LinkedIn Recruiter InMail history and notes from directly from within Recruit.

• Access and view up-to-date candidate LinkedIn profiles in Recruit without changing context.

Prerequisites and limitations

This integration is available with the following prerequisites and limitations:

• You need a LinkedIn RSC user account.

• The RSC integration is available for Recruiter Corporate (including SMB) or Recruiter Professional Service (RPS) on LinkedIn.

• LinkedIn RSC isn't supported on Safari. See this LinkedIn page for more info and troubleshooting.

• An Owner or Admin must first configure the integration at the company level.

Connect your personal LinkedIn Recruiter account

Each teammate must connect their personal LinkedIn Recruiter account with their personal account in Recruitt in order to start using the LinkedIn RSC integration.

1. From your avatar at the top right, select My account.

2. Click the Integrations tab and select the Connect button next to the LinkedIn Recruiter application. The LinkedIn authorization window loads.

   • If you don’t see LinkedIn Recruiter on the list, ask your account admin to configure the integration.

   

3. Follow the instructions to connect your LinkedIn account. Once the app is connected, the button will read Connected in green.

4. Click Save.
