Recruit’s integration with LinkedIn allows you to post positions on LinkedIn at no extra cost. For an overview of all LinkedIn integrations, see our LinkedIn Integrations overview article.

⚠️ Still on the legacy integration (LinkedIn Limited Listings)? If you see a “Transitioning to Apply Connect” alert, your account is using the legacy LinkedIn integration. To switch, see Integration with LinkedIn Apply Connect.

Limitations

  • LinkedIn doesn’t allow staffing or recruiting agencies to post jobs for free. These companies must use promoted job posts or Job Slots. If LinkedIn flags your company as a staffing or recruiting agency, your free job posts from Recruit will no longer appear on LinkedIn. Learn more in LinkedIn's documentation.

  • Positions posted through the integration appear on your company page and in LinkedIn job search results. They aren’t automatically promoted, but you can choose to sponsor them on LinkedIn.

  • Easy Apply applications are capped unless the job is promoted. Read more here.

LinkedIn Apply Connect

📝 Available to all customers.

Spark Hire Recruit allows you to post positions to LinkedIn for free using the Apply Connect integration, included with your Recruit account.

With this integration:

  • You can post positions to your company’s LinkedIn page.
  • Candidates are automatically added to Recruit when they apply.

Configuring posting preferences and posting published positions is similar to working with other integrated job boards: you may choose to only post select positions or have all published positions posted to LinkedIn automatically.

Positions posted through the integration will be posted on your company page and appear in job search results on LinkedIn. It’s an excellent way to find job seekers actively searching for job opportunities.

⏰ When posting jobs to LinkedIn for the first time, it may take 24–48 hours for the positions to appear. After that, changes such as adding, removing, or updating posted positions may take a few minutes to reflect on LinkedIn.
