HiBob is a people management platform that helps fast-growing companies attract, excite, and retain their people through data-driven HR tools.

This article covers the integration with Bob Talent Management module which automates creating new employees in HiBob when hires are made in Recruit.

Before getting started

You need admin permissions in HiBob.

Configure integration

1. In HiBob, go to Settings > Integrations > Recruitment integration. 

2. Create a key & webhook.

3. In Recruit, from your avatar at the top right, navigate to Settings > Process > Integrations. 

4. Scroll down to Talent Management and find HiBob in the list.

5. Click Integrate and paste the webhook and key.

6. Click Activate.

Working with the Bob integration

For each candidate whose status is updated to Hired in Recruit, a new employee profile is automatically created in HiBob, and the mapped fields list is sent to HiBob.

After the candidate is hired in Recruit, HiBob will initiate an email to complete the hiring process on their side. The timing of this email is managed by HiBob, not Recruit.
